Our team is the bedrock of our practice!
Team members will always treat you as an individual, not just a name on a page, and consider you to be family. They will put you at ease from the very first visit through the treatment process, and even after as you come in for follow-up visits.
The majority of our team members have been part of our family for over ten years and some have been here since Dr. Jana McQueen started the practice. Many have seen Dr. Janelle McQueen grow up and are excited to now be working with her!
The entire team is truly a family and that is something people new to our practice immediately appreciate: We all work well together and have each other’s back. This allows us to provide the most welcome, stable, and friendly environment in which you’ll achieve your new smile!

Cassandra
Clinician
I enjoy seeing the transformation of attitude, confidence, and smiles in our patient family!
Cassandra assists the doctors with orthodontic procedures and handles inventory. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant, Dental Radiology Certified, and trained in OSHA and HIPPA, too. Having started in the field in 1988, Cassandra joined the McQueen Orthodontic Specialists team in 1998. She appreciates how we have created a family within the practice and with those we serve.
When she’s not helping to create new smiles, Cassandra enjoys time with her spouse and two sons. She likes reading, shopping, dancing, and participating in activities at her church. She also enjoys a good movie or football game.
Jeannene
Office Manager
I am a natural problem solver and people-person, so I love helping our patient family have a great experience with our office!
Jeannene manages our daily front desk operations alongside our front desk team. She works with patients and families, advising them on insurance and treatment plans, along with billing matters. Jeannene started in the field in 1990, working for her aunt, who is dentist, while attending Macomb Community College and later Oakland University. She joined us in 1998 and loves working for doctors who consider everyone to be family.
Jeannene is a Michigan native who graduated from Bishop Gallagher High School. She is a loving mother of one, enjoys time with her church and serving as a member of the trustee board, traveling, and being with family.
Kenneth
Dental Assistant
I enjoy the people I work with and the people I get to meet and help!
Kenneth works in the clinic, assisting the doctors with different orthodontic procedures and offering direct patient care. He started in the field in 2001, has hands-on training in general dentistry and orthodontics, and joined McQueen Orthodontic Specialists in 2013. Kenneth likes how everyone is easygoing and that our office is filled with family love.
Kenneth is a very outgoing person who loves helping others. He loves God and is grateful for all things God has given him.
Mary
Front Desk and Insurance Coordinator
I really enjoy getting to know our patient family and seeing people leave with beautiful smiles after their services are completed!
Mary enjoys greeting the patients and families, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. She also specializes in insurance claims and processing patients payments. Mary helps keeps the offices stocked and organized and manages our incoming and outgoing packages. With a background in customer service a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Development and a Masters Degree in Human and Social services, Mary joined us in 2011. Mary loves working with doctors and teammates who are her second family.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her four beautiful daughters and six grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, dancing, swimming, gardening, watching movies, and playing pool.
Jordan
Dental Assistant
I love working with my friendly and fun co-workers, while also helping improve beautiful smiles.
Jordan works in the clinic, assisting docors with orthodontic procedures and providing patient care. She graduated from Mount Clemens High School Class of 2020. She later graduated from her dental assisting program at Dorsey School of Buisness and joined McQueen Orthdontics in 2022.
Outside of work, Jordan is very family oriented. Hanging out with her family is what she loves the most! When shes not with family you can find Jordan shopping, listening to music, and trying new recipes.
